John L Dacpano Jr AKA "Jon Jon The Phenomenon" started GFM with the hopes that others were interested in the same types of subject matter. Having been in different realms of the entertainment industries, from Comic books, Pro Wrestling, and the adult industry, it was time to venture out and make it happen for him and his closest friends that had the same ideas.
Joe Mackey, better known as “Mojito Joe” (or “Mojo”, if big words frighten you) is an up and coming screen writer and self admitted geek. He is always on the lookout for cool, trendy news to bring up in conversation, so even when he is blackout drunk he can tell you the latest scoop on the next superhero movie and still seem slightly coherent.
Joe spent many years in retail management where he would invest most of his paychecks into comic books, DvDs, and action figures. This shrewd investment strategy kept him afloat when the stock market collapsed in ’08. (Suck it, Wall Street!) He joined GoFreak shortly after its initial launch with the hopes of using its power to get within 50 feet of Lady Gaga. Since accomplishing that mission he has decided to stick around and help share the news he finds interesting with the world. Like a pop culture version of a wild fire with herpes, there will be burning, it will spread, and by the time you notice it’ll be too late.

John Draper "Captain Crunch" is a grandfather of what hacking is today. Before there was computers with internet capabilities of today the rave craze of hacking was something called Phone Phreaking. From 1969 to 1972 he along with some of his friend's that were blind discovered a way to trick any phone into thinking there was a certain type of connection with a captain crunch toy whistle. this connection known by the phone companies is called trunking, because it would connect cities to cities. Crunch and his friend's called it tandem lines. The whistle when holding down one of the holes and blowing through, it would emanate a 2600 high frequency. Justin Velasquez, aka Jumanji, is a self-professed film geek. The original Star Wars Trilogy sold him on the mysticism and grandeur of film and he welcomes any opportunity to check out a new flick. Justin has served as a film critic for the now defunct jewreview.net and for the student-run website, planetblacksburg.com. His loves (besides film) are sports (particularly basketball, football and soccer) and discovering new and interesting foods and cuisines, and some television, particularly Seinfeld and Breaking Bad.
