Is "Arrow" star Stephen Amell going to play Rocket Raccoon in the "Guardians of the Galaxy" movie?!?!

Maybe this is nothing but the star of The CW's "Arrow", Stephen Amell has recently added something interesting to his twitter account @amellywood. In the description space now reads the following:
"Well-Fed Artist. Televised Vigilante. Co-Owner @NockingPoint Wines. Rocky Raccoon."
Perhaps he was just rocking out to The Beatles song of the same name, or perhaps there is more to it.
