MTV's Beavis and Butthead: In stunning 3-D!!!
Special effects makeup artist Kevin Kirkpatrick recently revealed what I would argue is some of the greatest sculpture work ever done. Forget about Michelangelo's David, this artwork is mind-blowing! 2012 Geek Movie Previews: Is this the year that brings us back to theaters?
Let's face it, with a few exceptions, recent movies have been a let down lately. Studios are complaining about slumping sales and not making the revenue they want. They are blaming everything except the quality of their work, which in my opinion is the main cause of the lackluster sales. Give us great movies and {C}we will not only go to the theater to see it, but a lot of us will be willing to wait for hours in long lines just to see it. (I know I'll be doing that for The Avengers!) Great movies have us rushing to the theater on opening weekend because we don't want to wait for a DVD or a download, we want to be the first to see it! Luckily for the studios it looks like they put together an amazing list of films due out this year that not only appeal to us fan-boys and fan-girls, but will also appeal to the general movie going crowd as well. I would not be at all surprised if 2012 is the biggest year in movie history, money wise anyway.
Take a look at the trailers for the movies due out this year that a lot of my fellow geeks are sure to love
